Founded in 2014 by Shaun Olson, a Southern Oregon native, Olaf & Co was born from a vision to deliver quality, affordable housing that families can rely on for generations. After years in the construction industry, Shaun saw a need for homes that didn’t compromise on quality or affordability. With hands-on experience in construction management and project engineering, Shaun leads a team that shares his commitment to excellence.
Since our founding, we’ve completed numerous projects across Southern Oregon, always putting our heart and expertise into each home. Shaun Olson – Founder & Director
Shaun Olson, a Medford native, has a background in Construction Management from Cal Poly and years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Driven by a vision to create high-quality, affordable homes, Shaun founded Olaf & Co in 2014. His dedication to excellence and passion for Southern Oregon continue to shape the company’s values and vision. Outside of work, Shaun enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family, embracing all that Southern Oregon has to offer.
Stuart Rea – Site Superintendent
With over four years at Olaf & Co, Stuart oversees the daily operations of each project, ensuring everything runs smoothly from land acquisition to the final handover. Stuart brings extensive experience from both the European and American construction industries, managing both commercial and residential projects. His commitment to quality and efficiency helps Olaf & Co deliver outstanding homes on time and within budget.
Megan Rea – Project Coordinator
Megan Rea joined Olaf & Co in 2019 and plays a crucial role in sourcing materials and managing project details. Her eye for design and passion for creating affordable, beautiful homes add value to each project. A Southern Oregon native, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her children’s activities in the community.
